Project Overview
This 40’×60’ fully insulated metal shop in Poulsbo, Washington is currently under construction and will be one of our most capable residential workshops upon completion. At 2,400 square feet with 12-foot sidewalls, this Kitsap County post-frame shop offers exceptional versatility for vehicle storage, equipment protection, workshop activities, or any combination of uses.
Six windows distributed across the walls will provide outstanding natural light throughout the day, while three walk-in entry doors and two overhead doors give the owner maximum flexibility in how they use and access the space. Full insulation ensures the building performs as a comfortable, year-round workspace rather than seasonal-only storage.
The post-frame construction method delivers a clear-span interior — no interior columns interrupting the 2,400-square-foot floor plan. Photos will be updated as construction progresses through to final completion.
