How We Work with You

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your project. Tell us what you want to build, how you plan to use the space, and any specific requirements or concerns you have. If you have property information like surveys or wetland determinations, share those early in the discussion.

Site Visit

Walking your property helps us understand the opportunities and constraints of your building site. We'll look at access, drainage, views, setbacks, and other factors that affect your building design and placement.

Design & Pricing

We'll provide options based on your needs and budget. You'll see dimensions, door and window placements, and material options. We'll explain what's included in the quote and what items you might want to source separately, such as electrical or plumbing work.

Permitting

We prepare and submit permit applications for the buildings we construct. Permit timelines vary by jurisdiction and project complexity. Some projects qualify for expedited permitting, while others require additional review time.

Construction

Once permits are approved, we schedule your project. Post-frame construction is typically faster than traditional stick-frame building. We work through Western Washington's weather patterns to keep your project moving forward.

Completion

We'll walk through your completed building with you, address any punch list items, and provide documentation for your records. Our structures are engineered for the loads and conditions they'll experience in service.

What's Included

Our quotes include the post-frame structure, steel siding and roofing, overhead doors, and standard walk doors. Electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes are typically separate scopes that we can coordinate or you can arrange independently.

What's Not Included

• Electrical wiring and fixtures
• Plumbing systems
• Interior insulation and finish materials
• HVAC systems
• Concrete flatwork beyond the building footprint (unless specified)
